Guess I’m not the only one…

I tell people everywhere how much I love our church.  Apparently, I’m not the only one.

While I was prepping a talk for leaders at Community Christian Church, I did a little historical digging at our stats.  I like both stats and stories, becuase I don’t think either one can tell the whole story, but here our 2 graphs I showed our staff this morning in our monthly meeting.  God has been very good to our church recently.

I used titles I think are better, but these are essentially Attendence and Offering graphs.  Just over 2008, we’ve already seen double-digit percentage growth in both attendence and offerings in the first 3 months.  No doubt the addition of a 2nd campus has opened up some incredible opportunites.

  1. Thank you for summarizing these 15 years in a breath-taking graph format, Greg. I cannot express adequately the satisfaction and blessing that I feel deep inside as I celebrate year after year the incredible momentum of Suncrest as evidenced by your visionary leadership since 2004. I appreciate your stewardship of the trust that the Lord has given to you and other leaders. I realize full well that countless people have been used by God to change lives and grow the Suncrest Christian Church qualitatively and quantitatively. However, there is no getting around it. It requires a catalytic and visionizing leader. For such a time as this, God has called you to Suncrest. Thanks for obeying His call.

  2. Greg, I’m so excited to see what Suncrest is doing! Janelle and I always love attending when we are in town!
